Soy medio obsesionada con las headpieces o accesorios para el cabello, así que recientemente decidí ir a comprarme otro. Esta vez fue una banda para el cabello de color dorado que cuadraba perfecto con mi nueva túnica con botones dorados de Discovery Clothing.

I´m kind of obsessed with headpieces , so recently I decided to go to buy other one for my collection. This time was a headband with golden details that perfectly matched with my new Discovery Clothing black Tunic and its golden buttons.

Cada vez que oímos acerca de la Burqa mucha gente que no sabe del tema se imagina mujeres completamente cubiertas con mantas negras y resignadas por la comunidad , claramente es un tema polémico para nuestra civilización, pero la Burqa mejor conocida en la cultura islámica no es simplemente una tradición.

Clearly, it is a controversial issue for our civilization, but the Burqa, better known in Islamic culture is not just a simple tradition.

U.S. Uniforms Controversy

El boom nacional en todos los noticieros de Estados Unidos es la controversia que se creó después de presentar los uniformes que el equipo olímpico usaría en los siguientes juegos del 2012, que se realizaran en Londres.

El problema? Cúal? 

Los uniformes diseñados por Ralph Lauren fueron fabricados en "China" y no en América que era lo más lógico y considerable, tomando en cuenta que estos deben representar al pais en todo sentido y no a Ralph Lauren y a China.

The uniforms designed by Ralph Lauren, were made in "China" and not in America, which was the most logical and significant thing about them.Considering that these should represent the country in every sense, not to represent Ralph Lauren and China.

El miércoles pasado se celebró la independencia de Estados Unidos y como fiesta nacional era un día que merecía hacer honor a la bandera. Todos querían usar blanco,azul y rojo y hacer algo en familia o con amigos.Mi idea principal era ir a ver los juegos pirotécnicos en el centro de Washington D.C. pero cuando termine de trabajar era demasiado tarde para ir a alcanzar a ver el show.

Last Wednesday was celebrated U.S. independence and that national holiday was a day that deserved to honor the flag. Everyone wanted to wear white, blue and red; and do something with family or friends. My idea was to go and see the fireworks in downtown Washington DC but when I finished my work, it was too late to go and catch a glimpse of the show.

Remembering Fashion Bloggers Night out

Estaba recordando la noche en que todos los Fashion Bloggers de Miami nos reunimos en el Neiman Marcus de Coral Gables para presenciar un pequeño desfile y una entrevista con algunas de las bloggers  más conocidas de esta ciudad y me di cuenta que no les había mostrado mi ropa de ese día.

I was remembering the night when all the Miami Fashion Bloggers met in the Neiman Marcus of Coral Gables to watch a small fashion runway and an interview with some of the most popular bloggers in this town. I realized that I had not shown my clothes of that day.

Ese día estuve con mi amiga Farah de 2-Gitanas disfrutando del desfile y las pequeñas muestras de comida que hacían una linda combinación con todo el lugar. Esa noche podías encontrar a la mayoría de Fashion Bloggers de Miami siendo fotografiadas en un set especial de Flash Candy patrocinando su propia pagina, así como lo hicimos Farah y yo.

That day I was with my friend Farah of 2-Gitanas enjoying the parade and the small samples of food were create a nice combination with the whole place.I remembered that you could find most of Miami Fashion Bloggers being photographed in a special set of Flash Candy, sponsoring their own website, and Farah and I did it too.
