My New Vegan Friendly Supplements

Some people don't believe in supplements or any vitamins at all, I do think the help that these products provide can be helpful to complement our lives and have a better health. I have been taking three new products that came across my way. They come in liquid form and ready to take with their dropper. Research suggests liquid supplements have a comparatively higher absorption rate when compared to supplements in the solid form.
Turmeric Curcumin extract, Biotin and Vitamin B-12 from SBR Nutrition are the new vegan-friendly supplements that I have been taking every morning to complement my nutrition. Below you can find concrete information about these three products and why I am taking them.

BIOTIN

I dye my hair a lot and also paint my nails quite often. I always wanted to try a Biotin supplement to make my nails, hair, and skin healthier and stronger, but they are usually not vegan. Biotin from SBR Nutritionis vegan-friendly and I have been taking it religiously. Biotin is a member of the B-vitamin complex which is a key cofactor of enzymes involved in fatty acid metabolism, helping to supply cells with energy and nourish your hair, skin, and nails.

Biotin is found in various foods, including cauliflower, carrots, bananas, soy flour, cereals, and more. I take this supplement because I am aware that my nails and hair need to be stronger and this product may help.

TUMERIC

Tumeric is well known in the food industry, but Tumeric and one of its largest compound - Curcumin provide potential benefits for your health including better regulation of inflammation, oxidation, cell signaling, blood sugar levels, blood fat levels, and brain levels of the omega-3 acid.  The amount of turmeric that you need to receive health benefits is not a lot, but we are not used to including this product in our diets; that's why taking the liquid version is so easy and in my opinion, it tastes great. I take it for its inflammation benefits.

B12

Vitamin B-12 is a water-soluble vitamin that plays crucial functions in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA.
People think that the only food sources of vitamin B-12 are poultry, meat, fish and dairy products, but I am vegan and I'm not eating any of those beautiful animals only to get B12.
B12-deficiency is rare, but taking this supplement is not harmful and the extra energy that this product gives is excellent.
