Fashion Highlights Spring 2022 NYFW - New York

In the midst of NYFW (New York Fashion Week), I am going to be discussing the highlights of what I have seen so far of the Spring Summer 2022. I am starting with three designers/brands that caught my attention with their minimistic elegance and use of clean lines. I am looking forward to hearing your opinion about these three collections and your opinion about NYFW 22.
Here's a mini clip of the NYFW highlights that I posted on my TikTok { VIDEO }

PETER DO

Peter Do named his collection "HOME", used his life and family story as an inspiration and showed  beautiful sophysticathed silhouettes.
His seven collection is absolubtly stunning , the color scheme us soft and cohesive,  all the pieces are very flowy, werable and unique. The layering style, the fabric selection and the cutout outwear gave a special touch to the minalistic mood.

PROENZA SCHOULER

With this collection designers Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough appealed the idea of the new vacation/office look. This style and mode of living have confused our brains the past year while working remotely when the at-home-outfits have become the office look.

JONATHAN SIMKHAI

Simkhai showed a mix of crochet, fringes, and macrame elements with flowy long silhouttes in light fabrics and pastel colors.
